To talk to an agent
Horrible customer service. I worked with an agent 4 30min to activate a new device. Bruce B made the process very confusing and sent me a site to assist me that was down. He then told me the pause time was up and cut me off. I called back sales and a very helpful agent was able to help me the process in 5 minutes. I will not renew the license with ESET if this process is not improved

Not getting any help to transfer my ESET to 2 new cell phones. I want to speak to someone. No chat is working!
Very upset I cannot talk to anyone to transfer my eset to two new cell phones! I m considering canceling my subscription.

Screwed Again
Purchased 3/19/2021 as of today 6/11/2021 still have license. Have receipt, proof of purchase but for nearly 3 months nothing but excuses.
